Brian G. Philpot, JD –Broker of Record-- Brian Philpot is a founder and Manager of Land South Holdings, LLC. Brian focuses exclusively on real estate as an operator, owner, investor, and developer. He created his first real estate investment company specializing in timberland investment in 1999. Brian has an extensive background in real estate law, growth management and land use issues, market analysis, and negotiation. Brian received his B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Florida State University where he served as Student Body President, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker.
