Thomas (Trae) Holland is Vice President of Sustainability Management. Mr. Holland was a founding partner and President of SouthEastern Carbon Solutions, LLC. (SCS), which recently merged with ECON to serve as its sustainability and renewables division. Mr. Holland will be directing renewable energy efforts and environmental project origination, with additional oversight over sustainable finance initiatives, team aggregation and management, public relations and research. He will also manage ECON’s operations in the areas of bioremediation, sustainable forestry, waste management and biogas utilization.

Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Davidson College and a Masters in International Relations from Bilgi University in Istanbul, Turkey. With a research focus on issues related to international law, poverty, environment and global commerce, he spent a decade living in South America, Europe and Asia, serving not only in education, but also organizing poverty and disaster relief operations with both local communities and national agencies.
