Dale Dixon is a Florida native and 3rd generation agri-businessman. Dale’s love for agriculture began early in life while being raised and actively working and managing land on the 92,000 acre, Babcock Ranch.
After the Marine Corp, Dale became a District Safety Officer and Management Facilitator for the Florida State Division of Forestry. His management career expanded into farming operations when he joined a management team overseeing a 1,500 acre tomato operation throughout the southwest Florida area.
His entrepreneurial career began with a joint venture alongside Pioneer Hy-brid International growing experimental seed crops under the direction of the University of Florida, as well as growing cucurbit crops.
Dale’s owner and management skills transcended into a company that managed all aspects of the sod industry; from growing, to harvesting, to providing installation services to many of Florida’s large land developers.
Finally, combining his passion for land management and his love for people Dale was drawn into the world of Real Estate. His intuitive people skills and genuine character has easily and successfully allowed him to cross over into the realm of land management, sales, and marketing.
The consultative sales style, flexibility, and a strong ability to build trusting and professional relationships with clients has allowed Dale to thrive in an ever-changing Real Estate Market.
