Through good fortune and hard work the company quickly grew from its first 4,500 acre timberland deal in South Carolina to the company it is today. Since that time LSH and its affiliates have purchased several hundred thousand acres of land, over 300,000 square feet of warehouse space, industrial land, timberland, commercial land, residential developments, and conservation tracts.
