LSG has established two vehicles for high net worth and institutional investors to invest in the real estate space. Fund management is coordinated by Andrew Murray.

Land South I, LP (“LSI”) was a domestic real estate equity fund established in 2004 for the purpose of investing in short and medium term real estate investments in the southeastern United States. Using varying degrees of debt, the Land South team has produced annualized net returns in excess of 20% for the investors. Most of this funds investments have been concentrated in the timberland and agricultural land sectors and have primarily been categorized as opportunity driven investments. This fund is closed.

Land South Partners A, LP (“LSPA”) is a real estate fund specializing in equity investments in opportunistic transactions.

Bankers South High Yield Fund A, LLC (“BHY”) is a real estate fund specializing in debt investments in highly collateralized, high yield loans.
