Michael Bulger - J. Michael Bulger is a former owner of a Heavy Highway Construction Company. Through his experience with Bulger Contracting Company he accumulated over 30 years experience in construction of subdivisions, golf courses, city/county roadways, highway projects with the F.D.O.T. and large reclamation projects with the various phosphate mining companies throughout central Florida.

He served as past President & Director of Polk County Road Builders Association and past board of Director with the Florida Transportation Builders Association in Tallahassee. He is certified in the State of Florida as a Utility & Excavation Contractor.
