Established in 2004, Land South Development, LLC (“LSD”) specializes in residential real estate development and full service real estate property management. Headed by Bob Kovacich, LSD has planned multi-use residential properties, taken multi-use properties through the land entitlement process in multiple states and jurisdictions, managed on site development through Certificate of Occupancy, and managed tens of thousands of acres of multi-use properties at one time. LSD is one of the key parts of the Land South team that add value to a real estate investment.
